2. Website access
When you visit this website, the host processes technically necessary connection data (for example, IP address, date, requested page and browser information) to deliver and secure the site. The exact retention period and scope must be checked against the current WebGo configuration. The legal basis may be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject and message to respond. Your message is emailed server-side to hello@deinedigitalschmiede.de. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Form messages are not stored in the website database; emails are retained according to the applicable mailbox deletion periods.
4. Language and appearance preferences
Your chosen language is stored in a functional cookie (book_lang) for up to one year. Your day/night preference is stored in your browser (localStorage, book_theme). These preferences only control presentation. Separate consent is generally not required for strictly necessary preference storage, but the applicable legal assessment should be confirmed before launch.
5. Session data and spam protection
The contact form uses a technically necessary PHP session for CSRF protection and limiting repeated submissions. This may set a PHP session cookie.
6. External content
This starter version does not load third-party fonts, analytics scripts or audio players. Clicking an external webdesign link opens another site with its own data processing. Future embedded video, audio platforms, newsletters or tracking may require changes to this notice and consent.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and may complain to a data protection authority.
